Cell C has issued a formal notice that it will terminate Fixed LTE services to us, our reseller partners and their customers. This is a result of Cell C’s numerous business challenges, including their inability to sustainably support the demand that Fixed LTE has placed on its network.

We are regrettably required to issue a termination notice to you for Cell C’s Fixed LTE services. We are making every effort to find a suitable alternative for you and ensure there is no interruption in connectivity.

Please be aware of the termination dates and details:

At midnight on 31 March 2020, 20GB and 50GB Fixed LTE packages will be terminated. 

• The SIM card will be deactivated
• All data will be forfeited

At midnight on 30 November 2019, all 100GB and 200GB Fixed LTE packages will be terminated. 

• The SIM card will be deactivated
• All data will be forfeited

By 30th November 2019, all 100GB and higher packages will be automatically downgraded to a 50GB package (at R349 a month) in order to keep you online. Please note that all top-ups will still be available via MYRSAWEB until the termination date. 

We are working tirelessly with alternate network providers in an attempt to secure comparable Fixed LTE services for you. Should we be successful in onboarding a new operator prior to the termination date, we will notify you immediately of the sign-up process, available packages, etc.
