Getting your fibre connected

You’re on your way to fast fibre internet and we can’t wait to get you connected! If you’re reading this, your order is already being processed, below is a breakdown of what’s happening.

 

 

We’ll place the migration order for your fibre line.

 

 

As this is a migration and not a new installation, we will ship you your router to your address. This takes 2-3 days.

 

 

Your service fibre provider will take between 3-5 working days to re-activate your fibre line.

 

 

Once your fibre line is activated, you will be able to activate your connection. You simply plug in your router and follow the instructions included in your router box. You can also call our Projects Team on 087 470 0010 or help-desk on 087 470 0000 and let us know that the fibre connection is live. We will then remotely activate your services and make sure you are good to go, we’re also more than happy to help if you need assistance setting-up your router.

 

 

You can now enjoy your Superfast fibre internet connection!

 

 

Depending on when your service is activated, you will be either billed for the full month or charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month and the fee for the next month, as we bill in advance. Billing usually goes out on the 21st of each month to be debited on the 1st of the next month. Please note, that your billing commences as soon as your service is activated. If you won’t be at home or able to use the internet, we recommend you delay the activation. This is because we are charged for your fibre line by your fibre provider the moment your fibre is activated.
